Thomas Lackie
Thomas Lackie combines a strong research background, extensive bodybuilding experience, and over eight years of coaching expertise to help individuals from all walks of life achieve their goals. He takes a scientific, evidence-based approach to nutrition, offering clients both flexibility and proven results.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis. During his academic career, he worked as a research assistant while competing as an NPC bodybuilder and coaching clients. Under the mentorship of world-renowned bodybuilding coach Justin Harris, Thomas further refined his skills and later served as a nutritionist for Troponin Nutrition, where he successfully coached hundreds of clients.
Thomas served as an Infantry Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps. When he’s not coaching or training, he enjoys woodworking, hunting, and spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs.
