SPARTAN 06
The purpose of this program is to give the intermediate to advanced lifter a structured outline of a 6 day weekly training split, that covers the whole body. The structure of the program is meant to be two days on, one day off, four days on, repeat. Each body part will be targeted 2-4 times over the course of the split and will have enough time to adequately recover between training sessions. Each exercise in the program has options in drop down menus to switch out the exercise if you either don't have the equipment required for that exercise or have a preference for another.
